Can Non-Professional Runners Benefit From a Running Coach?
Absolutely! It is so common for individuals starting running to injure themselves or be unsure of what direction to take with running. Having a coach to help write a schedule tailored to your individual needs is key to growing as an athlete. whether professional or recreational. As information about athletics and ultra-endurance sports becomes democratized and out of the realm of the elite, every day runners need support to continue to grow and find meaning in their sport. An outward perspective can help guide the training process, decrease injury and maximize one’s efforts!
By having a running coach who can find the balance between pushing and recovery, non-professional runners can discover their true potential and ability.
