Inner Drive Wellness, founded by sisters Erika and Danielle Snyder, focuses on holistic health through mindset training, nutrition counseling, mindful meditation, yoga, strength training, and mental endurance.
Using principles of Eastern philosophy with contemporary Western athletic training, their whole body and soul approach is designed to help you create space in your daily life. Erika and Danielle will support your whole-health journey, whether you are a professional athlete or just getting started.

How can a coach make a healthy lifestyle last?
A personal growth or a healthy lifestyle coach is often focused on an unhealthy ideal. Coaches help cut to the heart of what one individual person needs to be healthy. Health isn't a final destination, rather it is a continuum of practices that expand over time to encompass one's whole life and needs. Sometimes that means rest, sometimes it means pushing hard. Having the outside perspective of a coach allows athletes to expand their perspective on health in a positive and sustainable way, rather than something prescribed by Instagram or diet culture. Our coaching style focuses on mindset shifts and growth edges, rather than trying to fit into a pre-determined ideal or box.
Health is an individual process - having a healthy lifestyle coach can provide that individual attention that allows for people to meet their maximum potential.
In so many areas of our lives, we ask for support to guide, challenge and help us grow. However, we are often lacking that support in our emotional and physical health. We are able to gather tons of data on what we need to do but a coach can help you better understand your own intrinsic motivation, mindset and help to create a plan specific to you to start to implement lasting changes. It is not uncommon that people will attempt to make huge changes rather than SMART goals (specific, measurable, accurate, reasonable and timely). Without a specific path and understanding of why we are struggling, it is easy to get discouraged and focus on our failures, rather than learning from that experience.
